Eduen Vina Trade Union innovates content, improves operational efficiency

At the Congress, delegates reviewed the results of the Trade Union's activities in the past term, notably caring for and protecting the legitimate and legal rights of union members and workers; promoting the representative role in negotiating and signing collective labor agreements; organizing many cultural and sports activities, contributing to building a united and close working environment.

The Congress also set out key directions and tasks for the coming term, closely following the Resolution of the Party Committee and the practical situation at the unit. In particular, focusing on innovating the content and methods of operation; improving the effectiveness of dialogue, building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations; promoting the emulation movement of good and creative workers; strengthening propaganda and mobilizing union members to comply with the Party's policies and the State's policies and laws.

The Congress agreed to elect the Executive Committee of the Eduen Vina Company Limited Trade Union for the 2025-2030 term, consisting of 5 comrades, ensuring standards of quality, capacity, sense of responsibility and enthusiasm for the Trade Union organization, continuing to promote the core role in caring for the lives and rights of workers at the enterprise.
