Organizing playgrounds to connect trade unions and share with workers
Thai Nguyen - On June 21, the Trade Union of TNG Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company organized a playground with the theme "Connecting Trade Unions, sharing with workers".
The program has the participation of 2 playing teams from Song Cong Branch 3 and Phu Binh Branch 3.
The contents of the program include: Introduction Corner - Touching the connection rhythm; Skills Corner - Accompanying workers; Learning about trade unions - Decoding trade unions; Connecting trade unions - Fun playground.
The program is a bridge to help connect workers with employers, creating opportunities to enhance interaction, understanding, sharing and building a sustainable corporate culture.
At the same time, this is also a useful and exciting playground after working hours, helping workers regenerate labor, strengthen exchanges and solidarity between trade union members at branches.
As a result, the Organizing Committee awarded the first prize to the Song Cong 3 Branch Trade Union and the second prize to the Phu Binh 3 Branch Trade Union.
