Duy Xuyen Commune Trade Union, Da Nang takes care of union members in difficult circumstances

News from Duy Xuyen Commune Trade Union, Da Nang city on May 21st said: in response to Workers' Month and Action Month on Occupational Safety and Health in 2026, Duy Xuyen Commune Trade Union organized visits and gifts for union members and workers in difficult circumstances in the area.

At the program, the Commune Trade Union met and listened to the thoughts and aspirations of union members and workers; and at the same time encouraged workers to continue to strive to overcome difficulties, take care of their own health, feel secure in labor production and stick with agencies, units, and businesses.

On this occasion, the commune Trade Union presented 100 gifts, each worth 1 million VND in cash, to 100 union members and workers in difficult circumstances.

In addition to concentrated gift-giving activities, the Commune Trade Union also organizes delegations to directly visit, encourage and support cases of union members who have had labor accidents and are in particularly difficult circumstances. At the same time, the care for union members is also integrated into activities at affiliated grassroots trade unions.

According to Duy Xuyen Commune Trade Union, during this year's Workers' Month, the unit has presented about 200 gifts to union members and workers in difficult circumstances with a total budget of about 200 million VND.

The activity shows the practical concern of the trade union organization for the lives of union members, contributing to adding motivation for workers to overcome difficulties, stabilize their lives and feel secure in their work.
