Grassroots trade union in Da Nang organizes football tournament in response to Workers' Month

News from the Da Nang City Labor Federation on May 19th said: in response to Workers' Month 2026 and to celebrate the 14th Vietnam Trade Union Congress, the Trade Union of Universal Alloy Corporation Vietnam Co., Ltd. organizes the UACV CUP 2026 Trade Union Football Tournament to create a healthy playground, improve spiritual life, and strengthen exchanges and solidarity among union members and workers.

This year's tournament attracted the participation of more than 200 players from 14 teams belonging to departments in the company, creating a lively and exciting atmosphere of competition right from the opening day.

Mr. Luu Duc Hung - Chairman of the grassroots Trade Union of Universal Alloy Corporation Vietnam Co., Ltd., Head of the Organizing Committee of the tournament said: the UACV CUP 2026 Trade Union Football Tournament is not only a physical training activity but also an opportunity for union members and employees to exchange, strengthen solidarity, promote youth and team spirit between departments in the company.
