Trade union organizes advance preparation for 42,000 workers to travel to Nha Trang beach
Dong Nai - August 8th, the grassroots Trade Union of Chang Shin Vietnam Company went to the field to prepare to bring 42,000 sea tourism workers to Nha Trang, Khanh Hoa province.
This is an annual welfare program implemented by the company's trade union for workers.
The first phase will be held on September 18-20, taking 1,324 workers on a trip.
After this phase, phase 2 starts from September 25-27 with a number of 1,423 registered people.
In 2026, the grassroots Trade Union of Chang Shin Vietnam Company will organize a total of 9 trips, taking a number of 13,152 union members and workers to travel to Nha Trang beach.
After that, the trade union will continue to organize trips in 2027 and 2028. It is expected to complete the transportation of all 42,000 workers to Nha Trang for tourism within 3 years.
The cost for 1 worker and laborer on a trip to Nha Trang beach is about 2.2 million VND/person.
Previously, in 2024, the grassroots Trade Union of Chang Shin Vietnam Company also organized for all company workers to travel to Da Lat (Lam Dong province).

Chang Shin Vietnam Company has more than 42,000 employees, of which more than 99.9% of employees are trade union members. The average income in 2025 of employees is nearly 12 million VND/month.
