With the theme "Innovation, creativity, improving labor productivity", Workers' Month 2026 in Da Nang is being implemented synchronously, strongly focusing on workers. The highlight is the "May Dialogue" program, attracting more than 450 trade union officials, union members, and workers to participate, with 46 opinions and recommendations on social housing, employment, wages, spiritual life, security and order, and trade union activities.

Besides dialogue, direct care activities continue to be widely deployed. More than 1,000 union members and workers in difficult circumstances, who have suffered from work accidents, occupational diseases, and critical illnesses are supported with a total budget of billions of VND. The "Thank you workers" program is organized in 315 units, bringing practical benefits to more than 14,500 people. In particular, the Mobile Workers' Fair continues to become a highly anticipated rendezvous every Workers' Month. Tens of thousands of workers have come to visit and shop for essential goods at preferential prices from 10-50%, thereby reducing spending pressure in the context that many workers' families still face many difficulties.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Huong - a worker at Daiwa Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Hoa Khanh Industrial Park) - shared: "The thing we feel most clearly is the increasingly practical concern of the Trade Union organization. From free shopping vouchers, health check-up programs, Trade Union Meals to dialogues with city leaders, all help workers feel that they are being listened to and accompanied.

Creating motivation for workers to develop

This year's Workers' Month not only cares about life but also focuses on improving the quality of human resources, promoting the role of workers in business development. The skill contest for good workers in the electronics industry attracted 116 contestants from 16 grassroots trade unions, creating an environment for workers to exchange and improve their expertise. Along with the movement "Good Labor, High Productivity, Good Income", cultural and sports activities are also taking place sôi nổi.

According to Mr. Le Van Dai - Standing Vice Chairman of Da Nang City Labor Federation, the results achieved in Workers' Month 2026 show a strong innovation in the operating methods of the Trade Union organization.
