Grassroots trade union in Hai Phong donates 20,000 boxes of milk to workers in hot weather

Talking to Lao Dong Newspaper, a representative of the Trade Union of Aurora Vietnam Footwear Industry Co., Ltd. said that the unit has just launched the first phase of distributing soy milk to workers during the peak heat wave. Accordingly, each official and worker receives 1 box of Fami milk/time of donation.

It is known that this is an annual activity organized by the Trade Union of Aurora Vietnam Shoe Co., Ltd. to accompany and care for the material and spiritual life of union members and workers during peak hot months. This year, the program is implemented for 5 consecutive weeks, organizing donations on 1 day each week. It is expected that nearly 20,000 boxes of milk will be sent to workers in June and July.

These gifts, although not of great value, show the concern and sharing of the trade union organization with workers, contributing to encouraging workers to feel secure in their work, improve labor productivity and be attached to businesses" - Ms. Dong Thi Phuong - Chairwoman of the grassroots trade union said.
