Employees with outstanding achievements are rewarded with 100 million VND

On January 1, the Trade Union of VNT evenings and Furniture Organizing Joint Stock Company (Nam Dong Ha Ward, Quang Tri Province) said that in order to promptly encourage employees, the company has awarded 7 individuals with outstanding achievements in 2025. The highest bonus is up to 100 million VND, the lowest is 15 million VND.

In addition, the enterprise continues to maintain the 13th month salary Tet bonus regime for all employees.

According to the Trade Union of VNT evenings and Furniture Organizing Joint Stock Company, the working conditions at the company basically meet the requirements and aspirations of officers and employees. Regimes and policies related to employees such as wages, bonuses, social insurance, health insurance and overtime regimes have been fully and promptly implemented.

The Executive Board of the Trade Union regularly inspects and supervises the implementation of policies directly related to the legitimate and legal rights and interests of employees; at the same time, proactively coordinates with the Board of Directors to improve working conditions, prevent work-related accidents and protect the environment.

In 2025, the company's trade union organized many activities to care for union members' lives such as visiting when sick, giving gifts to union members' children on the occasion of Children's International Day on June 1 and the Mid-Autumn Festival, effectively implementing school promotion work to encourage union members' children to study and practice well. The Women's Union also organized practical activities to celebrate International Women's Day March 8 and Vietnamese Women's Day October 20.

During the year alone, the grassroots union spent nearly 22 million VND to visit sick union members, show concern and accompany workers.
