Senior Lieutenant Colonel, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ho Anh Tuan - Head of the Department of Internal Political Security (People's Security Academy, Ministry of Public Security) - said that the 14th Party Congress has set out key tasks and strategic breakthroughs to bring the country to rise and develop towards two strategic goals: the 100th Anniversary of the Party's Establishment (1930-2030) and the 100th Anniversary of the Establishment of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam (now the Socialist Republic of Vietnam), 1945-2045. And Ho Chi Minh's thought is the guiding principle for all victories of the Vietnamese revolution.
