The hundred-billion-dong headquarters of the Thai Nguyen provincial agencies block is about to reach the finish line

In recent years, Thai Nguyen province has focused on investing in developing administrative infrastructure, aiming for a more professional and modern working apparatus.

One of the key projects is the headquarters of the Provincial Agencies Bloc, built on an area of nearly 15,000m2 in Trung Vuong Ward, Thai Nguyen City.

The project started in June 2023, with a total investment of 405 billion VND from the local budget.

This is a level I project, belonging to group B project. According to the design, the headquarters building includes 3 blocks of buildings 7 - 12 floors high and 1 basement.

On April 1, Lao Dong Newspaper's reporter noted that after nearly 2 years of implementation, the headquarters of the Provincial Agencies Bloc has basically completed the rough construction and has been topped out.

Above, many workers wear seat belts, carefully painting the final details. Inside the building, the electrical infrastructure and auxiliary items are also being urgently completed.

Below the construction site, machinery is operating continuously, workers are paving the main hall and the side hall, completing the road system.

According to the Thai Nguyen Province Civil and Industrial Construction Investment Project Management Board, as of the first quarter of 2025, the rough construction of the project has been completed at over 96%.

Mr. Dinh Duc Khuong (Thai Nguyen City) said that the completed project will help solve administrative procedures more quickly and conveniently, without having to travel to many places.

"When completed, the headquarters will certainly be more spacious, modern, and disciplined. People are looking forward to this because when we come to do paperwork, it will be much faster and more convenient than before" - he shared.

Local people expect the new headquarters to not only improve service quality, making procedures more convenient but also create more architectural highlights for the city center.

On April 2, speaking with a reporter from Lao Dong Newspaper, Mr. Dao Hoang Phuong - Vice Chairman of Trung Vuong Ward People's Committee (Thai Nguyen City) - said that the project has currently cleared 100% of the site, the construction unit is speeding up the progress, expected to be completed in 2025.

When completed, the project will not only create favorable conditions for people in handling administrative procedures but also contribute to changing the appearance of the urban area.
