General review of foreigners in the area of 2 industrial parks in Bac Ninh

Information from Bac Ninh Provincial Police said that, implementing the plan to strengthen the management and operation of foreigners in the area, in the past time, Tien Son Industrial Park Police Station has deployed a peak period of general inspection and examination of foreigners working and staying at enterprises in industrial parks.

Tien Son Industrial Park and Dai Dong - Hoan Son Industrial Park have about 150 foreign-invested enterprises with a number of foreign experts and workers coming to work long-term and short-term.

In that reality, the management of foreigners is a key task, aiming to proactively prevent violations of the law, ensure security, order and a safe and stable investment environment.

During the review, the police force closely coordinated with the Industrial Park Management Board, Tien Son Industrial Park Management and Operation Enterprise, Saigon Telecommunications Joint Stock Company Branch in Bac Ninh, local authorities and enterprises, to conduct inspections of legal documents, residence status, labor licenses, passports, and visas of foreigners.

Thereby, promptly detecting, reminding and handling cases of incomplete accommodation declaration, expired documents or employing foreign workers that are not in accordance with regulations.

The results have not detected any signs of violations.

In parallel with inspection work, the authorities have stepped up propaganda and guidance for foreign enterprises and workers, strictly complied with the provisions of Vietnamese law on exit, entry, residence, and labor; raised awareness of responsibility in coordinating information provision and timely declaration when there are personnel changes.

The general review not only contributes to restoring order in the management of foreigners but also demonstrates the proactive and decisive spirit of the Tien Son Industrial Park Police force in preventing and combating potential risks to security and order.

Thereby creating favorable conditions for production and business activities of enterprises, contributing to building a safe, healthy and sustainable investment environment in Bac Ninh province.
