General Secretary To Lam attends the inauguration ceremony of the Ho Chi Minh Memorial House in Dien Bien
Dien Bien - On the morning of January 31, General Secretary To Lam and a delegation of Party and State leaders attended the inauguration ceremony of the Memorial House of President Ho Chi Minh on Hill E2.
Along with the working delegation were also Politburo members: Tran Sy Thanh - Chairman of the Central Inspection Committee; Bui Thi Minh Hoai - Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front; Trinh Van Quyet - Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission; Nguyen Thanh Nghi - Head of the Central Policy and Strategy Commission; Phan Van Giang - Minister of National Defense; Luong Tam Quang - Minister of Public Security; Nguyen Duy Ngoc - Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee; Pham Gia Tuc - Chief of the Central Party Office.
The delegation also included Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Nguyen Khac Dinh; Deputy Prime Minister Ho Quoc Dung and leaders of ministries, departments, and central agencies.
In a solemn atmosphere, General Secretary To Lam and the working delegation respectfully offered incense to commemorate and expressed their infinite gratitude to President Ho Chi Minh.
Before the spirit of President Ho Chi Minh, General Secretary To Lam and the delegation vowed to forever study and follow his noble ideology, ethics, and style.

At the E2 Hill relic, the General Secretary and the working delegation cut the ribbon to inaugurate the Memorial House of President Ho Chi Minh. This is a project that not only has profound political and cultural significance but also contributes to the restoration of the special national relic. At the same time, it contributes to educating the tradition of gratitude to the great leader of the nation.

The memorial house to President Ho Chi Minh has a construction area of 160m2; designed in traditional architecture, with a 2-story roof, with some items: left tower, right tower; nghi môn; renovation of the display house; relic stele; relic sign...
Immediately after the inauguration ceremony, General Secretary To Lam and delegates planted memorial trees in the Memorial House grounds.

Also on the morning of January 31, General Secretary To Lam and the Central Working Delegation offered flowers and incense to commemorate heroes and martyrs at the Dien Bien Phu Battlefield Martyrs' Temple and National Martyrs' Cemetery A1.
