General Secretary, President chairs meeting on basic scientific research work
General Secretary and President To Lam chaired a meeting for the policy on basic scientific research.
On the morning of May 25, at the Party Central Committee Headquarters, General Secretary and President To Lam, Head of the Central Steering Committee for Science, Technology Development, Innovation and Digital Transformation, chaired the working session of the Standing Committee of the Steering Committee to give guidelines on basic scientific research work.
Also attending the meeting were Politburo members: General Phan Van Giang, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of National Defense; Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Organization Commission Nguyen Duy Ngoc; Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission Trinh Van Quyet; Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Policy and Strategy Commission Nguyen Thanh Nghi; Minister of Foreign Affairs Le Hoai Trung.
