The two sides will jointly implement the " hairline cooperation initiative on the international economic and trade framework on the digital economy and green development"; promote the implementation of the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (RCEP) with high quality; actively welcome the application to join the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (RCEP) of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, China. Vietnam supports China in joining the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP) on the basis of compliance with the standards and procedures of the Agreement. The two sides emphasized the importance of cooperation in combating cybercrime, welcomed the United Nations General Assembly's approval of the " United Nations Convention against Cybercrime", called on countries to actively sign and ratify the Convention, and promote the Convention to take effect soon. China supports Vietnam in organizing a Convention signing ceremony in Hanoi in 2025. The two sides agreed to comply with the important common perception between the two Parties and the two countries' senior leaders, persistently seeking to complicate the situation through friendly negotiations, actively seeking fundamental and long-term solutions that both sides can accept, in accordance with the "Agreement on Principles of Fundamentals guiding the settlement of issues at sea between Vietnam and China", international law, including the 1982 United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea; not taking any actions to complicate the situation, expand disputes, and maintain stability at sea. Promote discussions on the demarcation of the sea area outside the Gulf of Tonkin and discuss cooperation in development at sea to soon achieve substantial progress; actively deploy cooperation in less sensitive areas at sea, strengthen cooperation in search and rescue at sea.

The two sides agreed that the State visit to Vietnam by General Secretary and President of China Xi Jinping was a great success, an important milestone in the history of the relationship between the two Parties and the two countries, contributing significantly to promoting the traditional friendship between Vietnam and China, promoting the building of a Community of Shared Future Vietnam - China of strategic significance in the new situation, promoting peace, stability, prosperity and development in the region and the world.
