Land reclamation, site clearance to build Ngoc Hoi bridge

On April 14, Gia Lam District People's Committee, Hanoi Institute of Construction Planning, Hanoi Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board held a conference to announce the planning projects, plans, locations of Ngoc Hoi Bridge and the approach roads at both ends of the bridge, at a scale of 1/500.

At the conference, representatives of the City People's Committee announced the decision of the Hanoi People's Committee on approving the plan and location of Ngoc Hoi bridge and the approach roads at both ends of the bridge, at a scale of 1/500, in the districts of Thanh Tri and Gia Lam.

Accordingly, the Ngoc Hoi bridge project is a special-level project, with a starting point connecting to the end point of the Ring Road 3.5 project, from Phuc La, Van Phu to Phap Van - Cau Gie expressway, in Thanh Tri district; the end point borders the administrative boundary of Hanoi city with Hung Yen province in Kim Duc commune, Gia Lam district, the route length is about 5.2km.

Ngoc Hoi Bridge and the approach bridge have a cross-section of 33m, including 6 lanes for motor vehicles and mixed lanes. The section from Lang Chu Cu Van area to the end of Hanoi city has a cross-section of 60.75m, including: approach bridge in the middle, parallel urban access road and sidewalks on both sides of the road.

The Hanoi People's Committee has also issued a decision approving the local adjustment of the detailed planning on both sides of the Doc Hoi - Vietnam Academy of Agriculture route, scale 1/500 at the land plot marked CCKO1.2 (headquarters of the Gia Lam District Judgment Enforcement Department), location of Co Bi commune, Gia Lam district. The scale of adjusting the detailed planning has an area of about 2,199m2, construction area of 644m2, construction density of 29.3%; building height: 1-3 floors.

According to the content of the decisions, the City People's Committee requests relevant departments and branches to check and confirm the drawings of the route plan and construction location according to the approval decision of the City People's Committee; coordinate with the People's Committees of Thanh Tri, Gia Lam districts and relevant agencies to organize the public announcement of the approved route plan and construction location documents so that relevant organizations and individuals can know and implement them. At the same time, hand over the approved route plan and location documents to the People's Committees of Thanh Tri and Gia Lam districts to serve the planning management, organize the placement of boundary markers at the same time as the implementation of land acquisition and site clearance during the implementation of investment projects...

At the conference, Vice Chairman of Gia Lam Duong District People's Committee Viet Cuong requested relevant units and Kim Duc Commune People's Committee to conduct research and organize the placement of boundary markers at the same time as the implementation of land acquisition and site clearance during the implementation of investment projects; strengthen strict management of land and construction order in the area.
