Approving fees for granting mineral exploitation rights at the first landfill mine in Dak Nong
Dak Nong has just approved the payment for mineral exploitation rights at the first landfill mine in the province.
On April 14, the leaders of Dak Nong Provincial People's Committee approved the payment for mineral exploitation rights for Dak Nut B landfill (Nghia Duc ward, Gia Nghia city). This is the first landfill mine in Dak Nong.
This mine is licensed to Construction Corporation No. 1 - JSC. The reserve for calculating mineral exploitation rights is 445,236m3. The area is 3.54 hectares, the price for calculating the mineral exploitation right is 63,210 VND/m3.
The total amount that Construction Corporation No. 1 - JSC must pay is more than 683 million VND.
Previously, the Dak Nong Provincial People's Committee approved the investment policy and approved the investor of the Dak Nut B landfill mine exploitation project, Nghia Duc ward. The investor is Construction Corporation No. 1 - JSC.
The main goal of the project is to exploit land for filling materials for construction investment projects using State capital, including: Gia Nghia City Central Square Project and other works. The designed capacity is 400,000 m3/year. The land area expected to be used is nearly 4.7 hectares.
The project's operation will contribute to removing major bottlenecks for many infrastructure projects in Gia Nghia city, including the Central Square Project, which has been stopped for nearly 2 years due to lack of filling materials.
