Many district-level officials in Ca Mau resign when reorganizing the apparatus

The survey results of the People's Council of Ca Mau province show that many district-level cadres, civil servants, and public employees have resigned after the reorganization of the apparatus, merging communes, and not organizing at the district level.

Dam Doi district has 47 cases with applications for resignation ( premature retirement and resignation). Of which, there are 16 cases of cadres and civil servants of the Party sector; 31 cases of cadres and civil servants of the State sector at the district level.

To be proactive in arranging the team of cadres, civil servants and public employees, Dam Doi district organizes a consultation with each cadre, civil servant and public employee to grasp the thoughts and aspirations of each individual in arranging administrative units. As a result, 516 cadres, civil servants and public employees were surveyed. Through the survey, there were 386 cases registered to continue working, 130 cases registered to quit their jobs (retiring early and quitting work).

It is known that the total number of cadres, civil servants, and public employees (except for school service units) in Dam Doi district currently has 527 people. Of which, there are 60 cadres and civil servants of the Party sector; 95/102 cadres and civil servants of the State sector (district level) present: 40 cadres and civil servants of the district, 332 cadres and civil servants of the commune level present: 332 cadres 170 cadres and civil servants 162 cadres), of which, 109 cadres and managers.

In Tran Van Thoi district, through a survey of 486 cadres, civil servants and public employees, the results: Continuing to work, proposing to competent authorities to consider and arrange work for provincial-level agencies are 4 people. Continue working, propose to competent authorities to consider and arrange to commune-level agencies 202 people. Continue to comply with the assignment and arrangement of work by the competent authority of 193 people. 84 people have retired early or quit their jobs and enjoy the regimes and policies according to regulations.

Tran Van Thoi district has 13 commune-level administrative units (11 communes, 2 towns), including 153 hamlets and residential areas. The total number of district cadres and civil servants is 103 people; the total number of civil servants is 2,046/2,174 people. The total number of commune-level cadres and civil servants is 281 people, of which: cadres are 140/156 people, civil servants are 136/166 people; the total number of non-professional cadres at the commune level is 192/218 people.

In Ca Mau city, there have been 15 cases of early retirement ( premature retirement and termination of employment). Of which, 13 cases of early retirement ( premature retirement), 3 cases of termination of employment according to Decree No. 178/2024/ND-CP

Ca Mau City organized a consultation with 599 cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers. The results showed 163 opinions (1 opinion on continuing to work, proposing to competent authorities to consider and arrange work for provincial-level agencies; 50 opinions on continuing to work, proposing to competent authorities to consider and arrange work for commune-level agencies; 81 opinions on continuing to work according to the assignment and arrangement of work by competent authorities; 30 opinions on early retirement, resignation from work to enjoy regimes and policies according to regulations, 1 other opinion).

For civil servants, public employees, and workers, there were 436 opinions (7 opinions on continuing to work, proposing to competent authorities to consider and arrange work for provincial agencies; 177 opinions on continuing to work, proposing to competent authorities to consider and arrange work for commune-level agencies; 160 opinions on continuing to work in compliance with the assignment and arrangement of work by competent authorities; 85 opinions on early retirement, resignation from work to enjoy regimes and policies according to regulations, 7 other opinions).
