Establishing a steering committee to merge Tuyen Quang and Ha Giang provinces
Tuyen Quang - Ha Giang Provincial Party Committee has just issued Decision No. 01-QD/TU on the establishment of a steering committee for administrative consolidation of the two localities.
According to the decision, the two heads of the board include Ms. Ha Thi Nga - Secretary of Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee, Mr. Hau A Lenh - Secretary of Ha Giang Provincial Party Committee.
4 Deputy Heads of the Committee include Standing Deputy Secretaries of the Provincial Party Committee; Deputy Secretaries and Chairmen of the Provincial People's Committees of the two provinces.
The task of the Head of the Steering Committee is to lead and direct the general activities of the committee, convene, chair and conclude meetings. The tasks of the Steering Committee members are assigned by the Head of the Steering Committee.
The Steering Committee works under a collective regime, deciding by majority, implementing the principle of democratic centralism. The Steering Committee members worked part-time and dissolved themselves after completing their tasks.
The contents were approved when over 50% of the total number of members of the Steering Committee approved. In case there is no consensus, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee of the two provinces and competent authorities will be reported for consideration.
At the same time, 5 working groups will be established to assist the Steering Committee to advise on the development of a project to merge administrative units of Tuyen Quang and Ha Giang provinces.
Arrange Party agencies, Party Committees of provincial Party agencies. Advising the steering committee on finance, logistics, technology, propaganda work, ensuring security and defense.
