Ha Tinh - Faced with the complicated traffic accident situation, many students have died, the police have organized a signing of a commitment not to let students drive motorbikes.
According to Ha Tinh Provincial Police, in the first 3 months of 2025, the whole province had 112 accidents, killing 79 people and injuring 49 people. Of which, there were 20 cases involving students, causing 15 deaths and 13 injuries.
Main reasons: Not wearing a helmet, running red lights, using a phone while driving, especially when driving underage.
In that situation, the police of localities in Ha Tinh have been stepping up propaganda and organizing the signing of a commitment not to let underage students drive electric motorbikes and motorbikes.
On the morning of April 15, the police of Ich Hau commune (Thach Ha district) coordinated with the board of directors of Thu Hau Secondary School to invite 16 students and their parents to work on giving them vehicles when they are not old enough.
After that, the police of Ich Hau commune asked parents and students to sign a commitment to comply with regulations on road traffic laws, especially absolutely not to hand over vehicles, not to drive electric motorbikes and motorbikes when they are old enough, to avoid unfortunate consequences.

Previously, checking the parking lot of students at Thu Loc Secondary School, Ich Hau Commune Police discovered many electric motorbikes, many students underage to drive electric motorbikes to school, which is a violation, potentially causing traffic insecurity.
On April 14, in the entire Ha Tinh province, the police force at the commune level coordinated with the school's board of directors to organize a program to propagate, disseminate, and educate about laws on traffic safety, fire prevention, and fighting, and drowning prevention for students of schools.

The purpose is to equip students with knowledge and skills on traffic safety, fire prevention and fighting and drowning prevention.
