Merge the Steering Committee for the implementation of the Prime Minister's Directive No. 45 on a number of urgent solutions to overcome the warning of the European Commission on illegal, unreported and unregulated fishing in Binh Dinh province; the Steering Committee for the implementation of Decision 48 of the Prime Minister in Binh Dinh province; the Steering Committee for the implementation of the Vietnam marine economic sustainable development strategy to 2030, with a vision to 2045, of Binh Dinh province, to become the Steering Committee for the implementation of the fight against IUU fishing, policies for fisheries development and marine economic development.

Merge the Steering Committee for organizing and managing concentrated slaughter in Binh Dinh province with the Steering Committee for preventing and controlling diseases of cattle, poultry and diseases transmitted from animals to people in Binh Dinh province, into the Steering Committee for preventing and controlling animal diseases and organizing and managing concentrated slaughter in Binh Dinh province.

Merge the Steering Committee for Cooperation with the Southern Lao provinces with the Working Committee on Foreign Non-governmental Organizations of the province, become the Steering Committee for Foreign Non-Governmental Affairs and cooperate with the Southern Lao provinces.
