Hanoi prepares to start construction at a major intersection connecting two important routes

The Hanoi People's Committee has just issued an official dispatch on preparing to start the investment project to build a different level intersection between Ring Road 3.5 and Thang Long Avenue and inaugurate and put into operation the route under the Le Quang Dao Road Construction Investment Project.

Accordingly, to ensure the groundbreaking and inauguration ceremony took place solemnly, effectively, practically, economically, ensuring security, order and traffic safety for the ceremony, the City People's Committee assigned the two investors, the City Civil Works Construction Investment Project Management Board and the People's Committee of Nam Tu Liem District, to prepare the ground, organize cleaning and environmental sanitation around the area where the groundbreaking ceremony and inauguration ceremony of the investment project were held; coordinate with the Department of Construction, the City Police, and the People's Committee of Hoai Duc District to ensure security, order and traffic safety for the ceremony.

At the same time, ensure sufficient conditions for started construction, inauguration and operation, ensuring safety for people and vehicles participating in traffic.

Assign the Department of Construction to coordinate with the Investors to complete the procedures and conditions for starting and inaugurating investment projects; direct the Traffic Inspectorate to coordinate with the Traffic Police force and related units to agree on a plan to organize traffic flow; guide vehicles in the ceremony area. Coordinate with the People's Committees of districts: Nam Tu Liem, Hoai Duc to arrange land and parking locations for the groundbreaking ceremony and inauguration of investment projects to ensure safety and convenience.

The City Police directed and arranged the police force, traffic police to coordinate with the Traffic Inspectorate and the People's Committees of districts: Nam Tu Liem, Hoai Duc to ensure security, order, and traffic safety in the area where the groundbreaking ceremony and inauguration of investment projects were held before, during and after the ceremony.
