Expected names of 36 new communes and wards in Binh Duong
Binh Duong - After rearranging administrative units, Binh Duong province is expected to have 36 communes and wards.
On April 14, Binh Duong Provincial Party Committee held a conference on the arrangement of administrative units. Currently, the province has 91 administrative units, after the arrangement, it is expected that there will be 36 communes and wards as follows:
1. Dong Hoa ward: Merged from Binh An ward, Binh Thang ward and Dong Hoa ward. The head office is located in Dong Hoa ward.
2. Di An ward: Merged from Di An ward, An Binh ward and part of Tan Dong Hiep ward. The headquarters is located at the People's Committee of Di An city.
3. Tan Dong Hiep ward: Merged from Tan Binh ward, part of Tan Dong Hiep ward, part of Thai Hoa ward. The head office is located in Tan Binh ward.
4. Thuan An Ward: Merged from An Son Commune, Hung Dinh Ward and An Thanh Ward. The head office is located in Hung Dinh ward.
5. Thuan Giao Ward: Merged from Thuan Giao Ward, part of Binh Chuan Ward. The head office is located in Binh Chuan ward.
6. Binh Hoa Ward: Merged from Binh Hoa Ward, part of Vinh Phu Ward. The head office is located in Binh Hoa ward.
7. Lai Thieu Ward: Merged from Lai Thieu Ward, Binh Nham Ward and part of Vinh Phu Ward. The headquarters is located at the People's Committee of Thuan An city.
8. An Phu Ward: Merged from An Phu Ward and part of Binh Chuan Ward. The head office is located in An Phu ward.
9. Binh Duong ward: Merged from Hoa Phu ward, Phu My ward, Phu Tan ward and Phu Chanh ward. The head office is located in Hoa Phu ward.
10. Chanh Hiep ward: Merged from part of Dinh Hoa ward, Chanh My ward, Hiep Thanh ward, Tuong Binh Hiep ward. The head office is located in Tuong Binh Hiep ward.
11. Thu Dau Mot Ward: Merging Phu Cuong Ward, Phu Tho Ward, Chanh Nghia Ward, part of Hiep Thanh Ward, part of Chanh My Ward. The headquarters is located at the People's Committee of Thu Dau Mot city.
12. Phu Loi ward: Merged from Phu Loi ward, Phu Hoa ward and part of Hiep Thanh ward. The head office is located in Phu Hoa ward.
13. Vinh Tan Ward: Merged from Vinh Tan Ward and Tan Binh Town, Bac Tan Uyen District. The head office is located in Vinh Tan ward.
14. Binh My Ward: Merge Hoi Nghia Ward and Binh My Commune. The head office is located in Binh My ward.
15. Tan Uyen Ward: Merging Bach Dang Commune, Uyen Hung Ward, Tan Lap Commune, part of Tan My Commune, part of Dat Cuoc Commune. The headquarters is located at the People's Committee of Tan Uyen city.
16. Tan Hiep Ward: Merge Khanh Binh Ward and Tan Hiep Ward. The head office is located in Tan Hiep ward.
17. Tan Khanh Ward: Merge Thanh Phuoc Ward, Thanh Hoi Commune, part of Thai Hoa Ward, Tan Phuoc Khanh Ward and Tan Vinh Hiep Ward. The head office is located in Thai Hoa ward.

24. Tan Dinh Ward: Merge Hoa Loi Ward and Tan Dinh Ward (Ben Cat City). The head office is located in Hoa Loi ward.
25. Bac Tan Uyen Ward: Merge part of Dat Cuoc Commune, Tan Dinh Commune (Bac Tan Uyen District) and Tan Thanh Town. The headquarters is located at the People's Committee of Bac Tan Uyen district.
26. Thuong Tan commune: Merge Tan My commune, Thuong Tan commune, Lac An commune and Hieu Liem commune. The headquarters is located in Thuong Tan commune.
27. Phu Giao commune: Merge An Linh commune, An Long commune and Tan Long commune. The headquarters is located in An Long commune.
28. Phuoc Sang commune: Merge An Thai commune, Phuoc Sang commune and Tan Hiep commune. The headquarters is located in Phuoc Sang commune.
29. Phuoc Hoa commune: Merge Vinh Hoa commune, Phuoc Hoa commune and part of Tam Lap commune. The headquarters is located in Vinh Hoa commune.
30. Phuoc Vinh commune: Merge An Binh commune, Phuoc Vinh town and part of Tam Lap commune. The headquarters is located at the People's Committee of Phu Giao district.
31. Tru Van Tho commune: Merge Tru Van Tho commune, Cay Truong II commune and part of Lai Uyen town.
32. Bau Bang commune: From Lai Uyen town. The headquarters is located at Bau Bang District People's Committee.
33. Minh Thanh commune: Merge Minh Tan commune, Minh Hoa commune and Minh Thanh commune. The headquarters is located in Minh Hoa commune.
34. Long Hoa commune: Merge Long Tan commune, Long Hoa commune, part of Minh Tan commune, part of Minh Thanh commune. The headquarters is located in Long Hoa commune.
35. Dau Tieng commune: Merging Dinh An commune, Dinh Thanh commune, Dau Tieng town, part of Dinh Hiep commune. The headquarters is located at the People's Committee of Dau Tieng district.
36. Thanh An commune: Merge Thanh An commune, part of Dinh Hiep commune, part of Thanh Tuyen commune and part of An Commune. The headquarters is located in Thanh An commune.
According to the People's Committee of Binh Duong province, the province will organize a consultation on administrative boundaries and names. After collecting opinions, the Provincial People's Council will meet before April 25 to complete the project to submit to the Central Government.
