Hue city and the South Central Coast region from the morning of December 10 to the night of December 10, are forecast to have moderate rain, heavy rain with common rainfall from 30 - 70mm, locally very heavy rain over 150mm. Warning of the risk of heavy rain with rainfall greater than 100mm within 3 hours.

From December 11, heavy rain in Hue city and the South Central Coast will decrease.

In the Central Highlands on the day and night of December 10, there will be scattered showers and thunderstorms with rainfall of 10 - 30mm, locally heavy rain over 70mm.

The Southern region from December 10 to December 11 is forecast to have rain, moderate rain and scattered thunderstorms with common rainfall of 20 - 50mm, locally heavy rain over 100mm.

The meteorological agency warns that the risk of natural disasters due to heavy rain, tornadoes, lightning, and hail is level 1.

Heavy rain is likely to cause flooding in low-lying areas, urban and industrial areas; flash floods on small rivers and streams; landslides on steep slopes.
