Dong Nai - The Provincial People's Committee assigned Phat Dat Real Estate Development Joint Stock Company 27, 455.7m2 of land in Tam Hiep ward to implement the high-rise complex housing project.

On March 9, Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee just issued a decision to allocate land and lease land through land use right auctions to implement the high-rise complex housing project in Tam Hiep ward, Dong Nai province.

Accordingly, the Provincial People's Committee allocated 27,455.7 m2 of land in Tam Hiep ward, Dong Nai province to Phat Dat Real Estate Development Joint Stock Company (representative of the joint venture). In which, the land area for building mixed-use apartment buildings is 10,171.7 m2.

Previously, the People's Committee of Dong Nai province also decided to allocate 19,206.3 m2 of land in Tran Bien ward to Phat Dat Real Estate Development Joint Stock Company (representative of the joint venture) which was recognized by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee as winning the auction to implement the project of a high-rise riverside complex housing area in Tran Bien ward.
