Delegation attending the Government Party Congress visits President Ho Chi Minh's Mausoleum

On the morning of October 12, a delegation attending the 1st Government Party Congress, term 2025-2030, led by Politburo member, Secretary of the Government Party Committee, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, laid wreaths at President Ho Chi Minh's Mausoleum and commemorated the heroic martyrs at the Monument on Bac Son Street (Ba Dinh, Hanoi).

The 1st Congress of the Government Party Committee, term 2025-2030, will be held for 2 days, from October 12 to 13, 2025 at the National Convention Center, No. 57 Pham Hung Street, Tu Liem Ward, Hanoi.

The main content of the Congress includes 2 parts:

(1) Summarize and evaluate the results of the work for the 2020-2025 term, review the leadership and direction of the Government Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term; determine the direction, goals, tasks and solutions for the 2025-2030 term.

(2) Discuss and contribute opinions to the draft Central documents to the 14th National Congress of the Party.

The 1st Congress of the Government Party Committee, term 2025-2030, has the theme: "Building a clean and strong Government Party Committee; solidarity, exemplary leadership in science, technology, innovation, digital transformation; accelerating breakthroughs, developing the country quickly and sustainably in the era of rising up, being rich, civilized, prosperous, and happy".

The Congress's motto is: "Solidarity, discipline - Democracy, innovation - Breakthrough in development - Near people, close to the people".

The Congress was attended by 453 delegates (including 60 natural delegates, 157 officially appointed delegates and 236 elected delegates), representing over 209,000 party members of 2,211 grassroots party organizations in the entire Government Party Committee.

On the occasion of the Congress, the Government Party Committee directed the organization of many important and meaningful activities, including: The Government Party Delegation visited President Ho Chi Minh's Mausoleum and commemorated the heroic martyrs before the opening session of the Congress.
