Ho Chi Minh City leaders offer incense at the Martyrs' Cemetery before the Ho Chi Minh City Party Congress
HCMC - The city's delegations offered incense in memory at the martyrs' cemeteries before the 1st City Party Congress, term 2025-2030.
On October 11, the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee organized delegations to visit martyrs' cemeteries in the former Ba Ria - Vung Tau and Binh Duong areas. Mr. Nguyen Phuoc Loc - Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Ho Chi Minh City - is the head of the visiting delegation of the Martyrs' Cemetery of Ba Ria - Vung Tau province (formerly) in Ba Ria ward.
Mr. Nguyen Phuoc Loc and the delegation of leaders of departments, branches and localities in Ho Chi Minh City offered incense to worship the heroic martyrs; placed wreaths and offered incense in memory at the Martyrs Monument; and expressed their respect and deep gratitude to the heroic martyrs who heroically sacrificed for the cause of national liberation and national reunification.
At the same time, members of the working group also offered incense at the tombs of heroic martyrs in the martyrs' cemetery area.
On the same day, Mr. Dang Minh Thong - Deputy Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee - and the working delegation also visited and offered incense to commemorate the heroic martyrs at the Binh Duong Provincial Martyrs' Cemetery (formerly).
According to the plan, after offering incense at the martyrs' cemeteries, the groups will continue to visit the Ho Chi Minh City Museum and the Ton Duc Thang Museum.
