Deputy Prime Minister Mai Van Chinh offers incense to pay tribute to the martyrs of the Soviet crime in Nghe Tinh

On the evening of September 12, on the occasion of the 995th Anniversary of Nghe An (1030-2025), 95 years of the Soviet Union of Nghe Tinh (12.9.30 12.9.2025), Mr. Mai Van Chinh - Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Prime Minister and the working delegation came to offer flowers, incense to pay tribute and commemorate the martyrs of the Soviet crop at Nghe Tinh Soviet writer relic site, Hung Nguyen commune.

The ceremony was attended by Mr. Nguyen Quang Duc - Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, Mr. Hoang Dao Cuong - Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism and comrades in the delegation.

The leaders of Nghe An province include Mr. Nguyen Duc Trung - Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Hoang Nghia Hieu - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Le Hong Vinh - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and members of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, leaders of departments, branches and localities.

The leaders of Ha Tinh province included Mr. Nguyen Duy Lam - Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee.

At the Nghe Tinh Soviet Martyrs Memorial House (1930-1931), built in the grounds of Nghe Tinh Soviet Martyrs Museum (Thanh Vinh Ward) and Nghe Tinh Soviet Relics Area (Hung Nguyen Commune), Deputy Prime Minister Mai Van Chinh and the Central Committee, Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An Province respectfully offered flowers and incense, and spent minutes of remembrance and deep gratitude for the great contributions of the martyrs during the revolutionary period of 1930-1931.
