Announcing 23 provincial-level geological and mineral procedures when removing district-level
The Ministry of Agriculture and Environment issued a Decision to announce the standardization of administrative procedures in the field of geology and minerals.
Announcing with this Decision the administrative procedures for standardizing the geological and mineral fields under the state management scope of the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment (with Appendix attached).
Accordingly, there are 38 administrative procedures for standardizing the geological and mineral fields, including 15 central-level administrative procedures; 23 provincial-level administrative procedures.
Central-level administrative procedures include: Submitting and collecting data on geology and minerals; providing, exploiting and using data on geology and minerals; auctioning mineral exploitation rights in areas without mineral exploration; approving mineral reserves; closing mineral mines; submitting geological and mineral samples to the Geological Museum; auctioning mineral exploitation rights in areas without mineral exploration...
Provincial administrative procedures include: Returning the Mineral exploration license or returning a part of the area of the mineral exploration area; extending the Mineral exploration license; transferring the right to explore minerals; granting and adjusting the Mineral Exploitation License; granting a Mineral Exploitation License in areas where there are investment projects to build works; auctioning mineral exploitation rights in areas where minerals have not been explored, in areas where there are mineral exploration results approved by competent state agencies; closing mineral mines; extending the Mineral Exploitation License; granting a Mineral Exploitation License to harness minerals; transferring mineral exploitation rights.
Some provincial-level administrative procedures are standardized such as: Extension, return of mineral exploitation and collection license; Returning of mineral exploitation license, returning part of the area of the mineral exploitation area; Registering for the exploitation of common construction materials in the area of the construction project; Approving to conduct field surveys, taking samples on the ground to select the area for the mineral exploration project; Issuing a mineral exploration license; Extension, adjustment of the Group IV Mineral Exploitation License; Approving for survey and assessment of general information for Group IV minerals in areas without auctioning mineral exploitation rights; confirming survey results, assessing general information for Group IV minerals;...
