Authorized by the Minister of Home Affairs, Deputy Minister of Home Affairs Vu Chien Thang has just signed Decision 315 on announcing the amended and supplemented administrative procedures for the employment sector under the management of the Ministry of Home Affairs.

The appendix issued with the above decision clearly states administrative procedures at all levels.

Accordingly, the Department of Employment (Ministry of Home Affairs) carries out the following central-level administrative procedures:

1. Issuing a holiday work permit to New Zealand citizens;

2. Re-issuing a holiday work permit to New Zealand citizens;

3. Issuing a labor license for science and technology experts working in Vietnam;

4. Re-issuing labor licenses to science and technology experts working in Vietnam;

5. Report to science and technology experts who are not eligible for a work permit in Vietnam;

6. Issuing a Workers' License for Australian citizens participating in the Labor Combined holiday Program in Vietnam;

7. Re-issued a Working License to Australian citizens participating in the Labor Combined holiday Program in Vietnam.
