On the afternoon of April 15, in Hanoi, the Mobile Police Command (CSCD) - Ministry of Public Security held the 3rd Typical Conference to advance the emulation movement "For National Security", period 2025 - 2030.

Speaking at the opening of the Conference, Lieutenant General Nguyen Ngoc Van - Commander of the Mobile Police said that, imbued with Uncle Ho's teachings, over the past 5 years, the emulation movement "For National Security" of the CSCD Command has developed in both breadth and depth, truly a strong motivation to motivate generations of officers and soldiers to strive to excellently complete assigned tasks, contributing to building a truly clean, strong, disciplined, elite, modern CSCD force, absolutely loyal to the Party, the Fatherland and the People.

On the journey of more than 50 years of building, fighting and growing, officers and soldiers of the CSCD Command have not hesitated to sacrifice, suffer, overcome all difficulties, challenges, solidarity, and excellently completed the tasks entrusted to them by the Party, State and Ministry of Public Security.

"The 80 typical advanced examples honored and honored today represent more than 18,000 officers and soldiers of the CSCD Command - these are typical examples, the brightest flowers in the emulation flower garden of the CSCD Command" - Lieutenant General Nguyen Ngoc Van said.

Presenting a speech at the Conference, Captain Do Van Viet - Secretary of the Police Regiment for the Protection of targets of the Diplomatic Representative Agency (E30), said that the results of the emulation movement have created more motivation and inspiration for the younger generation in the CSCD force.

In addition, the image of soldiers crossing the forest, winding streams to search for victims of Typhoon Yagi in Lang Nu; soldiers who are working hard day and night, silently protecting the safety of their targets; the image of police officers and service dogs searching for missing people in the earthquake in Myanmar or the image of police officers giving a horn to a girl in Dien Bien has touched the emotions of hundreds of thousands of people on social networks... further embellishing the noble symbol of the police force.

The conference also exchanged with 7 typical advanced examples, including Lieutenant Colonel Pham Dai Dong - Deputy Head of the Department of CSCD Training and Professional guidance, CSCD Command - who caused a "cyber storm" by giving a commanding horn to a girl at the time of the 70th anniversary of Dien Bien Phu Victory (May 2024).

Sharing about that image, Lieutenant Colonel Dong said that when the celebration ended, thousands of people lined up, standing on both sides of the road waving their hands to greet the parade. In particular, he paid special attention to a girl standing in the sun.

"I saw the girl shy and speechless. When he approached, he suddenly realized that he had health problems. Appreciating her affection for the officers and soldiers, I really want to give her a gift.

When I found the command horn in my pocket and saw the command horn accompanying me for 4 months of training to serve the parade, I thought I had finished my mission at this time, so I immediately took the horn and put it on my grandchild's neck," Lieutenant Colonel Pham Dai Dong shared.
