On April 15, the 11th Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee held the 39th Executive Committee Conference for the 2020-2025 term.

On April 14, Vice Chairman of Hai Phong City People's Committee Hoang Minh Cuong chaired a Conference to announce the decision of the Chairman of the City People's Committee on personnel work at the Market Management Department under the Department of Industry and Trade.
According to Decision 1148/QD-UBND of the Chairman of the City People's Committee, Mr. Nguyen Van Thanh - Director of the Department of Industry and Trade - was assigned to concurrently hold the position of Head of the Market Management Department under the Department of Industry and Trade until the position of Head of the Market Management Department was completed and according to the provisions of law.
Also at the conference, Director of the Department of Industry and Trade and Head of the Market Management Department Nguyen Van Thanh presented the decision to receive and appoint Deputy Heads of the Market Management Department.
Reappointing Mr. Van Thanh Binh as Deputy Director of the Binh Phuoc Department of Health
On April 14, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Binh Phuoc Province Tran Tuyet Minh presided over the ceremony to hand over the decision to re-appoint the Deputy Director of the Department of Health.
Accordingly, Mr. Van Thanh Binh was reappointed as Deputy Director of the Department of Health, with a term of appointment of 5 years.
