1.5 million Party members listened to the 11th Central Conference Resolution

The conference was attended by 1.5 million party members. At the central bridge, there were Politburo members: President Luong Cuong, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, and National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man.

Also attending were Politburo members, Secretariat members, Party Central Committee members, Alternate members of the Party Central Committee, leaders of central departments, ministries and branches.

The conference was organized by the Politburo and the Secretariat, in a direct form, combined online to the meeting points at the provincial Party Committees, city Party Committees, and Party Committees directly under the Central Government; departments, ministries, branches, central public service units and meeting points at the district and commune levels; 1.5 million Party members listened to the conference's contents.

According to the program, the Conference on disseminating and implementing the Resolution of the 11th Conference of the 13th Party Central Committee (Central Conference 11) includes the following contents:

topic 1: "On draft documents submitted to the 14th National Party Congress: New points in the Summary of some theoretical and practical issues on socialist-oriented innovation in the past 40 years in Vietnam; New points in the draft Report on summarizing Party building work and implementing the Party Charter submitted to the 14th National Party Congress; New points in the draft Political Report; New points in the draft report on 5 years of implementing the 10-year socio-economic development strategy 2021 - 2030; directions and tasks for 5-year socio-economic development 2026-2030" delivered by Politburo member and Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh.

topic 2: "On amending the Constitution and law; The direction of electing 16th National Assembly deputies and People's Council deputies at all levels for the 2026 - 2031 term" delivered by Politburo member and National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man.

topic 3: "On continuing to streamline the apparatus to be streamlined, efficient, effective and efficient; amending and supplementing regulations on the implementation of the Party Charter; Directive amending Directive No. 35CT/TW, dated June 14, 2024 and Conclusion No. 118-KL/TW, dated January 18, 2025 of the 13th Politburo on Party congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term" delivered by Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Organizing Committee Le Minh Hung.

General Secretary To Lam is expected to give a speech at the end of the Conference.

According to Mr. Lai Xuan Mon - Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee, the conference aims to thoroughly grasp the core contents, new points, and focus of the 11th Central Conference documents. On that basis, Party committees, Party organizations, departments, ministries, branches and localities continue to disseminate, propagate and implement the contents of the 11th Central Conference documents in localities, agencies and units.

The dissemination and implementation of the Resolution of the 11th Central Conference was carried out methodically, scientifically, and with quality, creating unity within the Party and consensus among the people.

Previously, implementing the Full-Curse Work Program, the 11th Central Conference met from April 10 to April 12, 2025 in Hanoi.

The 11th Central Conference discussed and gave opinions on 2 groups of issues, which are:

The group of issues continues to arrange and streamline the political system agencies, arrange administrative units and organize local governments at 2 levels.

Group of issues on preparing for the 14th Congress and the election of the 16th National Assembly, election of People's Councils at all levels for the 2026 - 2031 term.

On April 12, 2025, on behalf of the Central Executive Committee, General Secretary To Lam signed and issued Resolution No. 60-NQ/TW of the 11th Central Conference, 13th tenure.
