Nghe An Labor Federation coordinates to handle businesses that are late in paying and owing social insurance contributions
Nghe An - The Provincial Labor Federation coordinates with the Provincial People's Procuracy and the Provincial Social Insurance to build a mechanism for initiating civil and public interest lawsuits in the field of social insurance.
On September 12, the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation said that it had just organized a working session with the Provincial People's Procuracy and the Provincial Social Insurance on the mechanism for coordinating the initiation of civil and public interest cases in the field of social insurance (BHXH).
At the meeting, the units exchanged views on coordination mechanisms in detecting, summarizing, providing information and handling cases related to businesses that are late in paying and owing social insurance contributions, affecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of employees.
The development of a coordination mechanism between the Provincial Labor Federation, the Provincial People's Procuracy and the Provincial Social Insurance aims to strengthen coordination between agencies in the process of handling cases. Thereby, creating more grounds to protect the rights of union members and workers, especially in cases where businesses are late in paying and have prolonged social insurance debts.
Units agreed to strengthen information exchange, coordinate to review and identify cases that meet the conditions to implement handling steps according to regulations. The coordination aims to promptly resolve cases, ensuring the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers.
Through the coordination mechanism, the Trade Union organization has more tools to participate in protecting the rights of workers in the field of social insurance, and at the same time contributes to improving the effectiveness of social insurance policy implementation in Nghe An province.
