Quang Ngai - Locality recovers more than 5.6 billion VND of late social insurance payments, contributing to reducing outstanding debts.
On August 27, the Quang Ngai Provincial Labor Federation informed that the Provincial Labor Federation has coordinated with the Provincial Social Insurance and the Department of Home Affairs to organize a conference to summarize the coordination program for the period 2022 - 2026 and sign a coordination agreement for the period 2026 - 2030.
In the period 2022 - 2026, agencies and units have closely coordinated in inspecting and examining the implementation of labor laws on Social Insurance (BHXH), Health Insurance (BHYT), Unemployment Insurance (BHTN).
Agencies and units have conducted 55 inter-sectoral inspections and examinations at labor-using units. Through inspection and examination work, violations have been requested to be remedied, and more than 5.6 billion VND of late payment of social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance has been recovered, contributing to reducing arrears and raising the awareness of law compliance of employers.
The settlement of occupational accident and disease insurance benefits is carried out on the basis of the industry's centralized management database. Dossiers are checked and fully compared with the conditions for enjoyment before settlement, ensuring timely and correct payment to the right beneficiaries, in accordance with regulations and in accordance with regulations. From 2022 to June 30, 2026, benefits have been settled for 526 people, with a total amount of over 20.1 billion VND.
