Bac Ninh Provincial Social Insurance (BHXH) has publicly announced the list of employers who still have to pay social insurance, health insurance (BHYT), and unemployment insurance (BHTN) for 3 months or more (data as of the end of July 2026).

As of July 31, 2026, the total amount of late payment of social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance for the whole province is 922 billion VND (including units with late payments of less than 3 months), equivalent to 2.94% of the amount to be collected.

Of which, late payment of social insurance is 735.3 billion VND, late payment of unemployment insurance is 32.549 billion VND, late payment of health insurance is 145.9 billion VND.

The inspection work continues to be implemented according to the plan, with focus and key points; focusing on units that are late in paying social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance, and units showing signs of legal violations in order to promptly rectify and overcome shortcomings, and protect the legitimate rights and interests of workers.

As of July 31, 2026, Bac Ninh Provincial Social Insurance has conducted surprise inspections at 63 units and recovered the amount of late payment of 9.5 billion VND/10.7 billion VND, reaching 88.8% of the amount of late payment and evasion; at the same time, the units continue to commit to implementing the roadmap for paying the late payment amount to the Social Insurance agency.
