Many petitions from workers of Ia Grai Medical Center are recorded

On August 6, the Trade Union of Ia Grai Medical Center (under the Trade Union of Thong Nhat Ward, Gia Lai Province) organized the 2026 Conference "Listening to union members and workers speak".

At the conference, union members and workers frankly raised many contents related to working conditions, regimes, policies and solutions to improve the quality of the working environment.

Many opinions suggested that the unit continue to pay attention to improving working conditions, ensuring the full and timely implementation of regimes according to regulations. At the same time, it was proposed to consider increasing salaries and bonuses in accordance with actual conditions; ensuring meal allowances; and promptly supplementing equipment and tools to serve professional work.

Some opinions also proposed strengthening dialogue channels, maintaining the listening to opinions from the grassroots level and organizing more activities to care for the material and spiritual life of union members and workers.

Accepting the recommendations, Director of Ia Grai Medical Center Ngan Van Thu and Chairman of the grassroots Trade Union of Ia Grai Medical Center Nguyen Thi Trinh directly answered the contents under their authority, and at the same time recorded the proposals for research and consideration in the coming time.

Unit leaders affirmed that they will continue to review resources to better ensure regimes and policies for employees; pay attention to improving working conditions, meal allowances and supplementing professional facilities and equipment, contributing to improving the quality of medical examination and treatment.

The conference "Listening to union members and workers speak" is a practical activity, promoting the role of dialogue at the grassroots level, creating conditions for union members and workers to express their thoughts and aspirations; strengthening the connection between workers and unit leaders, contributing to building harmonious, stable and developed labor relations.
