Trade Union meal with many delicious dishes, connecting the feelings of workers
Lam Dong - Grassroots Trade Union organizes Trade Union Meals for workers with improved menus and more delicious dishes than usual.
On September 10, Mr. Truong Quoc Thuc - Chairman of the grassroots Trade Union of Rang Dong Joint Stock Company, directly under Ham Thang Ward Trade Union, Lam Dong province - said that the unit had just organized a Trade Union Meal for all union members and employees at the company's dining hall. The Trade Union Meal is priced at 70,000 VND/portion.
Meanwhile, the daily lunch for workers is only 20,000 VND/portion. On this occasion, the trade union supported an additional 50,000 VND/portion to improve the quality of meals for workers.

With this support level, the meal menu is significantly improved compared to normal days. Accordingly, workers can enjoy many dishes such as shrimp, squid, stir-fried beef, soup, salad and dessert.
Union member Duong Quoc Dung said Trade Union meals are more delicious and have more dishes than usual. He hopes that the union can organize more such meals so that workers can have more improved meals.
Not only bringing a more delicious meal, the activity also creates an opportunity for trade union officials to get closer and talk directly with union members and workers.

At the meal, leaders of Ham Thang Ward Trade Union and grassroots Trade Union sat down to eat with workers. Through conversations at the dining table, thoughts, aspirations and issues in work and life were shared more openly.
Ms. Tran Thi Xuan Tham - Chairwoman of Ham Thang Ward Trade Union - said that Trade Union Meals are not only an activity to improve the quality of meals but also create space for workers, business leaders and trade union organizations to chat and share difficulties in work and life.
According to Ms. Tham, through close activities, trade unions have more opportunities to grasp the thoughts and aspirations of union members. From there, better perform the role of caring for workers.
Trade Union meals also show the practical concern of the Trade Union organization and businesses for union members and workers.
From a meal with improved quality, the activity contributes to creating a united and close atmosphere at the workplace, helping workers have more motivation to feel secure in working and production.
