On the afternoon of November 3, the working delegation of the An Giang Provincial Labor Federation led by Mr. Do Tran Thinh - Provincial Party Committee member, Vice Chairman of the Fatherland Front Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation visited Binh Duc ward and Hoi An commune to announce the decision to establish grassroots unions at 2 garment companies. In Binh Duc ward, the delegation announced the Decision to establish the Long Xuyen Branch Trade Union of Lai Vung Garment Company Limited under the An Giang Provincial Labor Federation and announced the Decision to admit 243 workers of Long Xuyen Branch of Lai Vung Garment Company Limited into the Vietnam Trade Union. At the same time, the Executive Committee was appointed with 5 members and key positions in the Executive Committee and the Inspection Committee was appointed with 3 members and key positions in the Inspection Committee of the Long Xuyen Branch Trade Union of Lai Vung Garment Company Limited. Accordingly, Ms. Tran Thi Kim Qui - Human Resources Department employee was appointed to hold the position of Executive Committee Member, Chairman of the Trade Union; Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Dung - Accountant, Vice Chairman, held the position of Chairwoman.

In Hoi An commune, the delegation also announced the Decision to establish the Lai Vung Garment Company Limited's New Market Branch Trade Union under the An Giang Provincial Labor Federation and the Decision to admit 102 workers from the Lai Vung Garment Company Limited's New Market Branch into the Vietnam Trade Union. At the same time, the Executive Committee was appointed with 3 members and key positions in the Executive Committee of the grassroots trade union; the Inspection Committee was appointed with 3 members and key positions in the Inspection Committee of the New Market Branch of Lai Vung Garment Company Limited. Accordingly, Ms. Nguyen Thi Yen Nhi - Human Resources Department employee, holds the position of Executive Committee Member, Chairwoman; Ms. Le Thi Lan - Head of the Quality Inspection Team, Vice Chairwoman, holds the position of Chairwoman.
