Establishment of grassroots trade union at wood chip processing enterprise in Quang Ngai
Quang Ngai - The Provincial Labor Federation established the grassroots Trade Union of Khanh Hao One Member Limited Liability Company, admitting 51 union members.
On the afternoon of July 13, the Quang Ngai Provincial Labor Federation organized a ceremony to admit union members and establish a grassroots trade union of Khanh Hao One Member Limited Liability Company. This is a business specializing in processing acacia wood chips for export, located in Thach Tru Industrial Cluster, Lan Phong commune.
At the ceremony, the Provincial Labor Federation announced the decisions: admitting 51 union members to the Vietnam Trade Union organization; establishing the grassroots Trade Union of Khanh Hao One Member Limited Liability Company; appointing the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union consisting of 3 people, and the Inspection Committee consisting of 3 people. Mr. Truong Duy Thanh was appointed to hold the position of Chairman of the first grassroots Trade Union, term 2026 - 2030.
On this occasion, the Quang Ngai Provincial Labor Federation presented 5 gifts, each worth 1 million VND, to 5 union members in difficult circumstances.
The establishment of grassroots trade unions at enterprises contributes to caring for and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers; and at the same time building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations in enterprises.
