Establishment of grassroots trade union at BAF Binh Dinh Agriculture Company

On May 15, BAF Binh Dinh Agriculture Co., Ltd. (Nhon Hoa Industrial Park, Gia Lai) - said that it had organized a Congress to establish the company's grassroots Trade Union (CĐCS) with the participation of 63 workers who voluntarily joined the Trade Union organization.

BAF Binh Dinh Agriculture Co., Ltd. operates in the fields of agriculture, animal husbandry and modern production. In the process of operation, the enterprise focuses on building a safe and stable working environment, paying attention to taking care of workers' lives.

The enterprise inaugurated the factory at the end of February 2026 and is currently completing the trial production phase.

Mr. Nguyen Chi Tam - Director of the production factory of BAF Binh Dinh Agriculture Co., Ltd. - said that the establishment of the Trade Union organization stems from the needs and aspirations of workers, in order to represent, care for, and protect the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers.

According to Mr. Tam, grassroots trade unions will contribute to building harmonious and stable labor relations, creating a foundation for sustainable business development, and at the same time limiting the risk of labor disputes arising in the production and business process.

Mr. Tam committed to creating favorable conditions for the Executive Committee of the grassroots trade union to operate in accordance with its functions and tasks according to the provisions of law and the Charter of the Vietnam Trade Union.

At the congress, union members elected the Executive Committee and Chairman of the grassroots trade union for the 2026-2030 term.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Hoai Phuong - Head of Quality Management Department of BAF Binh Dinh Agriculture Co., Ltd. - was elected to hold the position of Chairman of the company's grassroots trade union for the 2026-2030 term.
