Assigning the task to the Provisional Executive Committee of the Grassroots Trade Union, Mr. Vo Huy Luan - Chairman of the Phan Thiet City Labor Federation requested the grassroots trade union to represent the collective of workers to negotiate, sign collective labor agreements, and guide workers to sign labor contracts and work contracts.
