Establishment of a non-state enterprise trade union with more than 200 union members

On the afternoon of May 13, Mr. Vo Huy Luan - Chairman of the Phan Thiet City Labor Federation, Binh Thuan Province, said that he had presented the decision to establish the grassroots union of Bao Thach Investment Company Limited and admitted more than 200 union members.

This is a business with 250 workers, including 215 formal workers, the rest are probationary.

At the Ceremony to admit union members and establish grassroots unions, the Chairman of the Phan Thiet City Labor Federation presented the decision to establish a grassroots union at Bao Thach Investment Company Limited and the decision to admit 215 workers into the union organization.

At the same time, the Provisional Executive Committee of the grassroots trade union was appointed, consisting of 5 people, and the Provisional Inspection Committee, consisting of 3 people. Ms. Doan Minh Thu was appointed to the position of Provisional Chairman of the Forestry Trade Union.

This is a grassroots trade union of a non-state enterprise established in the "Workers' Month" in 2025.

Assigning the task to the Provisional Executive Committee of the Grassroots Trade Union, Mr. Vo Huy Luan - Chairman of the Phan Thiet City Labor Federation requested the grassroots trade union to represent the collective of workers to negotiate, sign collective labor agreements, and guide workers to sign labor contracts and work contracts.

At the same time, coordinate with employers to organize emulation movements, develop production and business, participate in building scales, salary tables, regulations and rules related to the rights and interests of workers. Thereby, the relationship between employees and enterprises will be harmonious, stable and progressive.

It is expected that 35 probationary employees at the company will continue to be admitted to the grassroots union after signing official contracts.
