Establishment of the Grassroots Trade Union of Duc Thinh New Materials Company with 275 union members
Nghe An - The grassroots trade union of Duc Thinh New Materials Co., Ltd. has just been established with 275 union members, contributing to caring for and protecting the rights of workers.
On July 10, the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation said that it had just organized a Congress to establish the grassroots Trade Union of Duc Thinh New Materials Co., Ltd. in Nghia Dan Industrial Park, Nghia Tho commune.
At the congress, the Provincial Labor Federation announced the decision to establish the grassroots Trade Union of Duc Thinh New Materials Co., Ltd. with 275 union members. The Congress also elected the Executive Committee of the first grassroots Trade Union consisting of 5 members. Comrade Ngo Duc Ngoc was trusted by the congress to be elected as Chairman of the grassroots Trade Union of Duc Thinh New Materials Co., Ltd.
Speaking at the congress, representatives of the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation congratulated the Executive Committee of the first grassroots Trade Union and requested the unit to soon develop operating regulations, promote the role of representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers; coordinate with businesses to build harmonious, stable, and progressive labor relations, contributing to promoting sustainable production and business development.
The establishment of the grassroots Trade Union of Duc Thinh New Materials Co., Ltd. contributes to improving the efficiency of union member development, establishing grassroots trade unions of the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation, and expanding the Vietnam Trade Union organization, attracting more and more workers to participate in the organization.
