Establishment of the grassroots trade union of Bac Toan Medical Group Co., Ltd
Ha Tinh - On the morning of May 14, the Ha Tinh Provincial Labor Federation held a ceremony to announce the decision to establish the grassroots Trade Union of Bac Toan Medical Group Co., Ltd.
At the ceremony, the Provincial Labor Federation announced the decision to admit 17 workers to the trade union organization; appointed a temporary grassroots Trade Union Executive Committee to deploy trade union activities at enterprises.
The establishment of the grassroots Trade Union of Bac Toan Medical Group Co., Ltd. contributes to improving the effectiveness of caring for and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of employees; building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations in enterprises.
Mr. Nguyen Duc Thach - Deputy Head of the Trade Union Committee of Ha Tinh Economic Zone proposed that the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union soon develop operating regulations, promote the representative role of the trade union organization, promote labor and production emulation movements, contributing to the sustainable development of enterprises.
