Establishment of the Saeva Vina Company Limited Trade Union

On November 7, the Thanh Hoa Provincial Federation of Labor announced that, implementing the 2025 work program on developing union members and establishing grassroots unions in enterprises, the Nga Son Commune Union held a ceremony to announce the Decision to establish the Saeva Vina Company Limited Union.

Attending the ceremony were comrade Duong Thi Thanh - Vice Chairman of the Commune Fatherland Front Committee, Chairman of the Nga Son Commune Trade Union, leaders of the company's Board of Directors and a large number of union members and workers.

According to Decision No. 960/QD-LDLD dated October 29, 2025 of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Federation of Labor, the Saeva Vina Company Limited Trade Union was officially established with 158 union members, appointing a provisional Executive Committee of 5 comrades (including Chairman and Vice Chairman) and an Inspection Committee of 3 comrades.

Grassroots trade unions are granted legal status, their own seal and account, and fully perform their functions, tasks and powers according to the provisions of law and the Charter of the Vietnam Trade Union.

Speaking at the ceremony, comrade Duong Thi Thanh and the leaders of Saeva Vina Company Limited emphasized that the establishment of a trade union organization is an important first step in protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of workers, contributing to building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations in enterprises.

The Provisional Union Executive Committee is expected to soon implement practical activities, care for union members' lives, and prepare for the 2025-2030 Grassroots Union Congress in accordance with regulations.

This event marks a new step in the development of the movement of workers, civil servants and laborers of Nga Son commune, affirming the increasingly strong role and position of trade unions in the non-state enterprise sector.
