Establishment of the FUSION GROUP Company Limited Trade Union in Hung Yen

Joining the joyful atmosphere to welcome the 1st Congress of the Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee, term 20252030, the Hung Yen Provincial Labor Federation held a Congress to establish the Trade Union of FUSION GROUP Company Limited in Yen My Industrial Park.

FUSION GROUP Company Limited is a 100% foreign-owned enterprise, specializing in the production of pet food products. After the propaganda and mobilization process of the Provincial Federation of Labor, 111 workers have voluntarily joined the Vietnam Trade Union.

At the congress, the Trade Union of FUSION GROUP Company Limited elected a provisional Executive Committee of 5 comrades, including comrade Do Duc Thanh, Head of the factory's logistics department, to hold the position of Chairman of the company's Trade Union.

The grassroots trade union is under the Hung Yen Provincial Federation of Labor, has legal status, uses its own seal, opens an account at a bank and performs tasks and powers according to the provisions of law and the Charter of the Vietnam Trade Union.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Bui Dinh Thao - Deputy Head of the Trade Union of Economic Zones and Industrial Zones congratulated the company for establishing a Trade Union organization, and at the same time requested the Board of Directors to pay attention, create favorable conditions for union members' activities and improve the spiritual life of cadres and employees.

The Provisional Executive Committee of the Trade Union also affirmed its determination to build a united and strong collective, becoming excellent union members worthy of the role of the Trade Union organization.
