Establishment of 7 new grassroots trade unions with 140 union members in Truong Vinh ward
Nghe An - Truong Vinh Ward Trade Union established and launched 7 new grassroots trade unions with 140 union members, continuing to expand the Trade Union organization in the locality.
On July 6, the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation said that the Trade Union of Truong Vinh ward organized a conference to announce the decision to establish and launch 7 new grassroots trade unions with a total of 140 union members.
Implementing the policy of developing union members and establishing grassroots trade unions, in the past time, the Trade Union of Truong Vinh ward has promoted propaganda and mobilized workers and employers at enterprises and units in the area to participate in the Trade Union organization.
The Ward Trade Union Executive Committee also proactively surveyed and grasped the labor situation, guiding units to complete dossiers and procedures to establish grassroots trade unions according to regulations.
The launch of 7 new grassroots trade unions will contribute to improving the effectiveness of representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers; and at the same time promote emulation movements and trade union activities at enterprises and units to be increasingly practical and effective.
