Establishment of 44 grassroots trade unions, expanding the Trade Union network in Quang Tri
Quang Tri - Trade union levels promote the development of union members, establish grassroots trade unions to improve the effectiveness of caring for and protecting workers.
On June 19, the Quang Tri Provincial Labor Federation said that the unit is promoting the work of developing union members and establishing grassroots trade unions to increase the rate of workers joining the Trade Union organization, contributing to building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations in enterprises.
From May 15 to June 15, trade union levels in the province established 23 grassroots trade unions, admitting 757 new union members.
Since the beginning of the year, the whole province has established 44 grassroots trade unions and admitted 1,767 union members.
The development of union members and the establishment of grassroots trade unions not only helps expand the scope of activities of the Trade Union organization but also creates conditions for workers to be cared for and protect their legitimate and lawful rights and interests.
In the coming time, trade union levels in the province will continue to promote the work of developing union members, establishing grassroots trade unions at eligible enterprises, striving to complete the assigned targets in the year.
