Launching the grassroots trade union in My Tho Industrial Park, Dong Thap

The Trade Union of Industrial Parks and Economic Zones of Dong Thap organized a ceremony to announce the decision to admit union members and establish a grassroots Trade Union (CĐCS) at Rainbowtex Vietnam Garment Co., Ltd. (My Tho Industrial Park, Binh Tao A Quarter, Trung An Ward, Dong Thap Province) on the afternoon of July 16.

At the ceremony, the Trade Union of Industrial Parks and Economic Zones of Dong Thap announced the decision to recognize 200 trade union members and the decision to establish the grassroots Trade Union of Rainbowtex Vietnam Garment Co., Ltd. At the same time, announced the decision to appoint the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union consisting of 5 members; Ms. Doan Le Ngoc Hue holds the title of Chairman of the grassroots Trade Union at Rainbowtex Vietnam Garment Co., Ltd.

Mr. Hoang Khac Tinh - Standing Vice Chairman of the Dong Thap Provincial Labor Federation (LDF) - congratulated the Provisional Executive Committee of the Grassroots Trade Union and all 200 new union members.

According to the Standing Vice Chairman of the Dong Thap Provincial Labor Federation, the establishment of the grassroots trade union of Rainbowtex Vietnam Garment Co., Ltd. is of utmost importance. In the coming time, the Trade Union Executive Committee needs to quickly stabilize the organization and build regulations to closely coordinate with the Board of Directors of the enterprise.

Along with that, it is necessary to focus on performing well the function of representing, caring for and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members; it is necessary to launch emulation movements "Good labor, high productivity, good income", contributing to businesses to successfully complete production and business goals.

Above all, it is necessary to do a good job of propaganda and mobilization of union members to comply with the Party's guidelines, policies, laws of the State and internal regulations and rules of enterprises; coordinate with the Board of Directors to build a safe, civilized, harmonious and stable working environment.

Speaking to receive the assignment, Ms. Doan Le Ngoc Hue, on behalf of the Executive Committee of the Provisional Grassroots Trade Union of Rainbowtex Vietnam Garment Co., Ltd., respectfully received the directing opinions of the leaders of the Dong Thap Provincial Labor Federation. The Executive Committee collective is committed to uniting, striving to innovate operating methods, listening to the thoughts and aspirations of union members to build a harmonious, stable and progressive working environment.
