Thai Nguyen Provincial Federation of Labor establishes another grassroots union

The Thai Nguyen Provincial Federation of Labor (TPL) has just announced the decision to establish the Trade Union of Chung Jye Bac Kan Shoe Manufacturing Company Limited - Vietnam.

The conference was attended by Ms. Do Thi Hien - Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Chairwoman of the Provincial Federation of Labor, leaders of the Trade Union Working Committee, company leaders and a large number of union members and workers.

At the conference, the Organizing Committee announced and awarded decisions on admitting 334 union members; Establishing the grassroots union of Chung Jye Bac Kan Shoe Manufacturing Company Limited - Vietnam; Recognizing the Executive Committee and Inspection Committee of the grassroots union.

On this occasion, the leaders of the Provincial Federation of Labor visited and presented 10 gifts (700,000 VND/gift) to workers in difficult circumstances.

The establishment of a trade union organization at an enterprise contributes to protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of employees. At the same time, it creates conditions to build harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations.
