Hanoi City Labor Federation hands over grassroots unions

Accordingly, the Hanoi City Labor Federation transferred the status quo of the grassroots trade union of Tam Anh General Hospital Joint Stock Company and Medlatec Vietnam Co., Ltd. from the Hanoi City Labor Federation to the Vietnam Health Trade Union.

It is known that the Hanoi City Labor Federation has carefully researched and has high consensus in reviewing and classifying units to conduct transfers. Units with conditions suitable for industry trade unions will be brought into operation according to the vertical industry system; for units with specific characteristics, they will continue to be managed by the City.

Mr. Nguyen Chinh Huu, Vice Chairman of the Hanoi City Labor Federation, highly appreciated the policy of transferring grassroots unions operating according to industries under the management of higher-level industry unions.

This is the right orientation, in line with the development trend of the Trade Union organization; the higher-level trade union is truly a place to support and serve the grassroots trade union for the benefit of union members and workers.
